Celery, carrot and egg salad~ 吃西餐怎能少了沙拉呢?

这是为了昨天的西餐 stew chicken with pan gravy sauce 所准备的另一道沙拉。周末时买了一把芹菜和一包澳洲红萝卜,所以就物尽其用,发挥创意,自己搭配成一道可口营养的沙拉。当芹菜和红萝卜颗粒和Mayo Egg 拌在一起后,味道还不错呢~

Celery, carrot and egg salad

材料 (2人份):
鸡蛋      2粒 (煮熟,去壳)
芹菜      3片
红萝卜  1根

1. 将鸡蛋用叉压碎 (蛋黄尽量压碎,蛋白颗粒),加入些许 Mayonaise, 拌匀。
2. 芹菜去筋,红萝卜削皮,切成颗粒。
3. 将Mayo Egg, 芹菜和红萝卜颗粒搅拌均匀。
4. 放在冰箱冷藏1小时。

Serve 2:
Cooked egg  2
Celery           3 pieces
Carrot           1

1. Mashed the egg and fold in some Mayonaise.
2. Diced the celery and carrot.
3. Mix the Mayo egg with diced celery and carrot.
4. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour for the flavour to set.
