甜滋滋的 Blueberry Crumble Tea Bread

若Blueberries 没和其他食材一起搭配吃, 那酸溜溜的味道, 即便是有着很高的营养价值, 可能也会让你却步。 但是当它变成一道糕点, 很多女生就此为它眷恋, 甚至男生都爱。烘烤这 Blueberry Crumble Tea Bread 时,我尽量减少加入太多的糖份,因为100%根据外国食谱做的糕点实在是太甜了! Blueberry Crumble Tea Bread 上那层带有cinnamon 香香甜甜脆脆的crumble 中和了酸溜溜的Blueberries,再加上一杯热红茶或咖啡, 多美好的下午茶~

What you will need:
Butter or margarine           55g
Castor sugar                     130g
Egg                                  1
Milk                                 125ml
Plain flour                         225g
Baking Powder                2 tsp
Salt                                  1/2 tsp
Fresh blueberries              250-285g

Topping:
Sugar                                80g
Plain flour                          45g
Ground cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
Butter, cut into pieces         55g

1. Preheat oven at 190 deg C. Grease the baking dish.
2. Cream the butter/margarine with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, beat to combine and blend in the milk, mix well.
3. Stir in the blueberries and transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
4. Work in a separate bowl to prepare the topping. Add in sugar, plain flour, cinnamon, well mix. Add in the butter and blend it with fork or pastry blender to give the mixture coarse breadcrumbs texture.
5. Spread the topping over the mixture in the baking dish.
6. Bake about 45 minutes.
