在家也一样可以自己熬出媲美餐厅卖的美味南瓜浓汤!
不但材料便宜,
而且步骤也非常简单。
老板比较喜欢自然的食材,
所以煮浓汤一贯会用的 whipping cream
就用牛奶代替了。

“南瓜热量低,且含有丰富的胡萝卜素和维生素B,有“蔬菜之王”的美称,也有降血糖和减肥的功效。黄油、牛奶中则蕴含钙质和蛋白质,能够降低人体内脂肪的合成。南瓜浓汤具有排毒、塑身的功效,同时能够补中益气、调理肠胃。”

Pumpkin Soup 简易南瓜浓汤
材料 (约4碗):
南瓜 500 g (约中型南瓜半粒, 去皮切块)
马铃薯 200 g (约2颗, 去皮切块)
大洋葱 250 g (黄色的, 大颗一个,去皮切块)
清水 1 liter
干贝 2 颗 (可免)
调味料:
盐 约 1/2 小匙
胡椒粉 适量
牛奶 200ml (我用 Goodday Fresh Milk;牛奶不好加太多,以免牛奶掩盖了南瓜的香甜味道)
黑胡椒 适量 (盛入碗/碟时才撒上些许,装饰,提味)
1. 锅里注入清水, 南瓜,马铃薯和大洋葱;大火煮滚后转中火焖煮食材至变软,熄火。
2. 待焖煮好的食材凉却后 (不烫手),将锅里的食材和汤倒入 blender 搅打至顺滑。
3. 再倒回锅里用小火煮滚后加入调味料,试味道。盛入碗/碟,撒上些许黑胡椒装饰及提味即可。
*马铃薯含有淀粉成分,能自然使汤变得浓稠。
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 500 g (approx. half of a medium size pumpkin)
Potato 200 g (2 potatoes)
Onion 250 g
Water 1 Liter
Dried scallop 2 (optional)
1. Bring a pot of water, pumpkin, potatoes, onion and scallop to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer a while till the ingredients turn soft.
2. When the stew turns cool, blend the stew in batches with blender till smooth.
3. Return to pan and bring to boil again at low heat. Season well and stir in the fresh milk. Pour into soup bowls, sprinkle some black pepper to taste (optional).
